What A Loss At Dros!

Customer service at any restaurant is a must for us, which is why Dros, Gateway has lost our support. Yuven and I stopped there for a few drinks on Friday night, and just before we could leave we ordered 2 tequila shots.

Skip the lemon, and those shots were down our throat. BUT there was no familiar “burn” or taste. And Yuven, being the alcohol enthusiast of us two, sniffs the glass and realises it has no smell and was actually very watered down tequila.

So we inform the manageress who, after taking ages to appear, responds by saying that we should have kept some for her to check. Kept some of a shot? Really? And to top it off their card machines refused to work after only two tries, and the same manageress tells us that we need to withdraw cash, and then scuttles off without a care in the world, whilst we try to locate the nearest ATM.

It’s two “thumbs down” from us, Dros, but that’s just in my opinion 🙂
